A fresh and fun JM Cellars wedding

Megan and Dave weren’t afraid of color or fun on their wedding day, and their JM Cellars wedding demonstrated that.

A Springtime JM Cellars wedding

The wedding was an intimate, beautiful, and elegant celebration of their love for each other and the people they love. The couple chose JM Cellars, sight unseen, simply from the pictures of its stunning setting, and they were not disappointed. Once we learned that they had one springtime Saturday left for a wedding, we jumped right in and snagged it. Since the wedding was held in the spring, when the winery’s grounds were lush with greenery, we worked pops of color into the palette by adding sunflowers (a must-have for the couple). The sunflowers incorporated joy and whimsy into their day.

Megan’s dress was beautiful, and to further demonstrate their love for color, the Bride had beautiful pink-tinged hair, and the Groom wore bright yellow sneakers that were a fun and unexpected touch to his outfit and made everything pop. Their joy was infectious.

Their JM Cellars wedding ceremony was straightforward and heartfelt, with the couple exchanging promises of love and support under the oversized wooden arch on the grounds of the venue.

After being pronounced husband and wife, the crowd cheered as the newlyweds walked back down the aisle, hand-in-hand, before they stopped mid-aisle to kiss.

The reception was in the JM Cellars wedding’ courtyard, the perfect open-air option for a mild Pacific Northwest day. We decorated the patio with sumptuous fern-green velvet tablecloths and elegant black chairs that perfectly contrast the sunflowers’ yellow.

Guests enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by Lisa Dupar Catering and some of JM Cellars’ finest wines. After dinner, Integral DJs kept the dance floor packed, and guests danced the night away.

Their friends and family mingled and blended beautifully throughout the day, celebrating the love between Megan and Dave. The wedding was an extraordinary occasion, and everyone had a wonderful time.
